hello,

looking for some help or advice. I’ve recently brought a new phone from ee about 5 days ago but I still havnt received an email to say they have dispatched it or anything when they said it would only take 48hrs to received this message or email. Would I be able to go into the shop and collect it or what do people suggest. I can’t find anywhere to do an online chat

Welcome to the community.

Getting a new phone is meant to be an exciting time, I'm always checking when it is due to arrive until I have my hands on it.

You'd not be able to go into the store to collect it but we can see how best to get an update.

Did you place the order online or was it over the phone? Did you get a confirmation email after placing the order?

Thankyou for your reply. I ordered it online. I did receive a confirmation email and an order number but when I go to track it they say they can’t find any updates on it.
