&lt;P&gt;I would have expected you to have heard something by now if the phone was showing as being in stock.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Was it the Samsung S24 that you ordered?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Was the order number that you got starting with xko? (Please don't put the full order number here).&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Upgrade tracker not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded online over a week ago, I recieved an email notification with an order code.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried to track online but get an error message. When I choose the option to check via my logged in profile, there is no record kf ny order.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried to connect online but have been waiting over 1 hour to be connected to an online guide.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I placed the order the phone was in stock. The email also stated that orders are usually dispatched in 1 working day. I have had no contact since.
