Hi there,ordered ps5 this morning but got no order confirmation.so rang 150 and the nice lady gave me the order number.tried to track it and it says invalid.help

Thanks for coming to the community.

It is great to hear you have ordered a PS5.

The main thing is that the order is showing on your account if you've been given the order number. Once it is on the way, DPD will send you a text, or notification in the DPD app if you have it, with the tracking details so that you can see when it will be delivered.

Apparently being delivered on Friday but have no confirmation yet or order details.
