Hello, I Pre-Ordered the new Apple Watch and was wounding if anyone has heard anything? Tracking isn't showing anything and ive had no communication's... With the release date today I was hoping for a new shiny watch getting delivered....

I am also waiting... Keep checking and in the track your order section it says this:

Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.
Don't worry, we'll keep you updated on the progress of your order by text or email. Keep an eye out for these updates from EE or from our courier DPD.

Looking online and lots of people are complaining on Twitter (X) about their pre-orders not arriving today (phones & watches).

I'm sad about it! LOL

I ended up calling them yesterday and they said the order was stuck in the system and hadn’t fully gone through. Poor rep had been shouted at all day by people being mad!
She redid the order for me and now mine is being delivered today!

Definitely give them a call and see what they can do 🥰

Pre-ordered the Watch as well. Spoke to them on chat on Thursday. They advised after 28 days! Delivery time is shocking especially when you pre-ordered first thing early in the morning! Can’t even track the order reference given so it’s simply a case of waiting for a DPD notification just before Xmas which tbh, EE will receive it back as a returned order! I’m out of contract end of this month so no point paying the same cost for a watch I’ve paid off!

if I haven received it by 28th I’ll just cancel the order and stick with my 1st Gen AWU and go on sim only. Reduce my bill! Another balls up of a release going through EE it seems…

That’s pretty cool. I want the Watch but the thought of calling in again is daunting! I’ll wait till the 28th when my current Watch contract ends and see what they say! I kinda already they’ll give me the usual script and I’ll just cancel the order and move to a sim only or just cancel the contract and not worry about data. Phone is always with me anyway. So money saved!

Very happy with the customer service after calling. It’s a bum to be on hold for 20 odd mins, but definitely worth it.

Called them yesterday. They confirmed after 28 days for delivery as I ordered the Milanese strap which that and the Ocean band are the most popular. Sadly thou I think im gonna cancel my order! I am out of contract on the 28th Sep and I’ve paid up 20th Oct. Don’t want to over pay EE for a device that already paid off. In order me to go sim only in the interim. I have to cancel my AWU2 Black order. If I want to keep my order open, I have to continue giving them £36 a month until they can deliver the watch! So for me its seems very likely I’ll end up keeping my 1st Gen AWU and not upgrading at all! **bleep** poor really but cant expect anything less from EE when it comes to pre-orders of Apple products sadly! They have this habit of taking away the excitement with these long wait times just to get the new product. And I'm not convinced they didn’t get ANY AWU2 Black Satin with the Milanese strap for launch day! Shame 🤷🏾‍♂️

Tracking for your Watch? Where are you looking? I have my order ref but it keeps telling me EE cant track the order because its not a phone!
