Hiya,

So I have the option I add a line onto my account. I’ve found a “good as new” phone to add and it comes up with the flexi pay.
It doesn’t say anywhere if it’s just the phone or a plan? E.g is there like texts/calls included with paying monthly ? Or is it just the phone and I have to top up as I go?

Welcome to the community.

It is great to hear you are considering an additional line. What were you looking at?

If you are seeing the option for Flex Pay, you'd be paying for the phone and the plan separately but you'd choose both options while ordering.

Once you have selected the phone repayment options, you should then be able to scroll down the page to see the available plan options.

Hiya,

Currently looking at the iPhone 15 Pro.

I select over 36 months, no upfront cost. When scrolling down I have options for data plan and sim type. But says nothing of if there’s calls/texts included within this or if it’s a pay ad you go sim?

@Olivia-Snook All of the plans will come with unlimited minutes and texts as standard, so you just need to look at the data allowance, speeds and extras in the plan to see what would suit you best.

It would be on a contract plan if you are purchasing on Flex Pay.
