I’m a EE customer however first time this year ever that I’ve upgraded directly through Apple and not EE so I can share my experience with you on the other side of the fence so to speak…..</P><P>i ordered 2 phones on pre order day at 1pm.</P><P>First was a pro max 1TB white titanium and the payment was taken more or less straight away and delivery date on Apple was showing as Fri 20th Sept</P><P>Second phone ordered around 13:05 and was for a pro max 1TB black titanium and this payment has not been taken yet and delivery date is showing between 25th - 30th Sept</P><P>&nbsp;I’ve never ordered a phone from Apple before as always had new iPhones from EE on contract. I’d be extremely suprised if Apple had seriously that low stock levels that someone such as me ordering a iPhone pro max and completing checking literally 5 mins after site was live for them to run out of stock.
