Data Sim - Website Pricing Error

Just in case some EE moderators are viewing. There is a pricing error on Additional Data Sims for EE Broadband and EE Mobile Customers (EE One). https://ee.co.uk/shop/mobile/add-data-sim.

Additional Data SIMs are priced at £0 for No Frills, £1 for Unlimited Essentials and £4 for Unlimited Essentials Plus. Double Discounts are getting added - £20 for Multi Product and up to £12 for Additional Line.

Thought was too good to be true, but put in an order anyway which was placed on hold and referred. Order was subsequently cancelled and I've been getting calls from the 'Interact' team all day!! Pricing error has been there since at least 1st September.

You can only get to the page when logged in as it is an additional SIM. I can't actually get to the new customer Data Sim Page (https://ee.co.uk/mobile/data-sim) which is just presenting a "too many redirects" error.

Hi Mark,

Just an update- The redirect issue was fixed on Sunday once I reported it. It should be working for you now.

Can you check now if the pricing for the additional SIMS is now correct?

I still get offered the amazingly cheap additional Data Only SIMs for £0, £1 or £4 per month with both the Multi Product and additional line discounts stacked.
