      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm getting the same message for an additional sim only deal, can someone from EE confirm if there is a problem with orders and what do we need to do here? I ordered this almost a week ago and it's just a sim card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I've not heard anything about delays to orders. An additional SIM card would usually go in the post and can take up to 5 working days, so if nothing has arrived after that time, please give our team a call and they can bring up your account and the order to make sure it has been sent, and the next steps if you haven't received it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
