    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4474025"&gt;@Michael_D&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for replying!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I placed the order on Friday afternoon, it stated on the app that the phone (Samsung Galaxy S24 ultra) was in stock and usually dispatched within 1 working day,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have been with EE for a long time and never had any issues previously.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;like I mentioned I have been given an order number but unable to access any tracking for some reason.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I went through the app and chose my upgrade, I had an order confirmation email but nothing further.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I can’t track my order as it says it’s unable to do so.. has anyone else experienced this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I have that one still showing in stock at my side as well.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you ordered it on Friday, I would have expected you to have heard something by now so I'd recommend getting in touch with our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;customer service guides&lt;/A&gt;, so they can bring up your account and check the order.&lt;/P&gt;
