Took a contract out over the phone for a Samsung handset but would like to cancel as I can't make the leap from iPhone 15 pro max to android.

I have followed the returns process of texting RETURN to 150 but after entering IMEI number and confirming open box no further instructions or email, my 14 day cooling off period finishes next weekend.

How else to return without being over the phone for 2 hours.

Welcome to the community.

It can take a few days for the returns team to come back to you with the next steps but it is worth checking the spam or junk folder in case any emails have dropped in there.

There is also a returns form on our How can I return a device or SIM bought within the last 14 days? page if you haven't heard anything in the next couple of days.

Yes, nothing in spam folders. Had to ring but luckily the wait was not an hour, so that seems to have worked. They will send me a return box in the next 48 hours.
