I was expecting this on the 4th. I got a mail saying my order is on track and wait for the DPD delivery update.

NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!

Exactly the same situation. Preordered, awaiting delivery the 4th and nothing. Yesterday I rang to chase update and had to reorder, I am now waiting for the delivery to be confirmed again

Welcome to the community,

You will receive notification from DPD up to the evening the day before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

Could you please let the staff here know exactly colour, and storage size, they may be able to take a look as to whether there is a backlog or are waiting for them to arrive in the warehouse.

We cannot access accounts, so would not know who you are etc.
