I ordered a z flip 6 with the promotion of receiving samsung ear buds pro 3. I have waited for over a month since purchase and have not received them. Very disappointed to see they have not arrived as promised.

Welcome to the community and thanks for ordering.

On that promotion, the buds should have been sent automatically to the account address 15-30 days after receiving the phone.

Since this doesn't seem to have happened for you, I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team who can fill in a form to the team who handle these promotions to get you one sent manually.

Honestly, it's infuriating to see the lack of information from EE. It's been known now for over a month that Samsung recalled the buds and delayed the release, how are most the staff at EE totally unaware of this? No wonder people lose faith at times, it's not exactly an industry secret. No wonder we cant get any reliable information on this based on the script everyone reads off of.
