Hi, i have received an email saying my order was successful with an order number and stating they will be in touch when despatched. I havent heard anything this was two days ago and also nothing is coming up when i try to track it apart from saying dpd will be intouch. I just want to know if this order has went through. Unsure how to find out

Alternatively you can call EE Customer Service on 150 where a guide can track the location of your order.

I have tried tracking and says no information. Iphone 15 pro max 1tb

Have you downloaded the DPD app? I'd recommend you do this so you receive notification immediately with tracking once it is being shipped.

Yes i ordered Tuesday night. I have had no further email though. Will this still be okay? Thank you for your help

This was a brand new contract. It says ur ee contract was successful. We are now processing your order and will let you know when your items have been dispatched
