Same boat as you, have not heard any thing back from EE

if you call back to Customer service. upgrade teams usually say you will need to CLAIM from Samsung which is not the case as this was by EE not from Samsung.

Other team says We dont have any update just wait been more than month. since phone was delivered.

Came to ask about this too! So frustrating having had the phone for over a month now...people on Reddit are claiming they are receiving their orders now so hopefully we'll get an update soon, but not holding my breath as on Samsung's website the earliest delivery for the headphones is late Sept...

Its a mystery. I've found Shergar and Redrum in the time it's taken to get some information from Samsung. The answer? "We don't know, Ask EE"

If we just knew whether days or weeks, it would probably save a few hundred phonecalls per day they have to answer. The white ones are in stock for week after next, just ship them, I'm not fussed.

9th/10 September most likely.

Samsung itself is showing delivery for 10th September if you try to order now so let's see.

Even on Samsung Website delivery ETA is around 10 Sept

Our contract is with EE if they don't give you the buds they'll be getting £220 less when paying for the phone!!

Had My Fold 6 Since 19th July

Last Thing I Heard Was From A Random Text On 1st August

Now It's 3rd September & Still No News About Them 🤦🏻

Pretty Much Forgot About Them I'm Guessing EE Hope Everyone Does It's Been So Long The 4s Will Be Out..

I've been on call with ee over 50 times even during the back holidays and every time they say speak to samsung and qhen I speak to them all I get is speak to ee. I also have been constantly on call to the customer service team who have said you just have to wait and can't even provide me with an order number or a reference number that i can take to samsung. I also have been told to go to samsung store and ring ee from there which I did and again nothing has been solved. It's been over a month I've had this phone as I got it on release day but I haven't got my ear buds pro 3 yet

Just wait couple of days, i got text from EE today, so most likely they have gotten the new stock and i m guessing they are going by the who ordered first.

Well, at least we have SOME movement. And if that is the case, not a single statement from EE, which is a shame from a service perspective. Someone could have pinned a statement that they will soon be shipping.

With fold pre order we only getting 3 pro version its silver colour from the message
