Do you dipatch over the Bank Holidays?

Hi!

Ordered a new phone on Saturday evening, just wondering if it will be processed after the bank holiday?

Only ask as we had been to the EE store that day and someone in staff said that you do but I've not had any confirmation of dispatch.

I've had a check and according to their site, DPD don't deliver on bank holidays, but will be back to normal from tomorrow.

What phone is it you've gone for, and where was it you placed your order?

Also was this an upgrade to an existing number, or a brand new contract?

Ordered an iPhone 13 online on Saturday. This was also an upgrade from a SIM only plan.

If you haven't already done so I'd recommend downloading the DPD app so you'll be able to track the delivery in real-time when it's been shipped.
