Just purchased a new phone and need to contact EE to confirm the order but unfortunately do not have a phone to call them on, is there another way to contact/verify the order?

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

Thank you! I managed to contact EE using the freephone number on Skype from my PC.

Yeah thats brilliant! Phone is lost but can only contact them by using a phone!
