i received a link for chat to complete my order i click on the link it says service is unavailibile please guide me.

The EE Community is not live chat, do you have a query we can help you with?

Chat is available for pay monthly mobile customers in the EE app and then select 'Help' and 'Message us' will show when available.

Our Contact Us page has contact information if you need to speak to us and chat is not available.
