I've ordered the pixel 9 it says we usually dispatch within 24 hours but on the site when I look it says usually dispatch within 21 days?

@JontyR10 That’s because of the demand of these devices. EE can only send out what they have in stock and in the order of first come first served. You’re in a queue of customers waiting for this device.

Aaah okay thanks for that so basically it can be dispatched at any time up to 21 days

It will be the case of waiting to receive the phone. If it hasn't arrived within the time frame call EE.

Everything @Chris_B has mentioned here is absolutely spot on; we always fulfill any handset orders as soon as we can on a first come, first served basis.

The estimate shown on our website is for an order placed today, so if you placed this earlier then it may arrive quicker.

As soon as this is ready to dispatch, you'll get a text from DPD with all the details you'll need to track it through their app and website 😊
