    <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a pay monthly SIM card on Monday 12th August.&amp;nbsp; I received an email saying my order was being processed but I have had nothing since.&amp;nbsp; How can I find out if the order has gone through?&amp;nbsp; I have tried phoning 07953 966150 but none of the options are suitable.&amp;nbsp; I am also worried because I have given my PAC code to port my number - I don't want to end up without a phone.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4495737"&gt;@JGT1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;when you receive the EE sim it’ll have a temporary number on it and your number will not be ported until you activate that sim then it’ll take up to 24 hours to migrate across. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;This migration doesn’t happen over the weekend so if you get the sim tomorrow it’ll not happen until Tuesday. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sim cars are sent out Royal Mail 2nd class and to be honest I’m surprised you didn’t receive it today. &amp;nbsp;Fingers crossed you get it tomorrow. &amp;nbsp;If you do want to speak with customer service about this just select an option that’s closest to your needs .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
