&lt;P&gt;How do you know it is not showing on their system if you have not spoken to them?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The money should show pending on your credit card and no do not stop the payment.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once DPD have received the device out for delivery, you will receive notification up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What did the tracking number start with, was it xko?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tuesday, August 13th I upgraded early, to a Iphone 15 Pro Max, and returning my present handset Iphone 13 Pro.&amp;nbsp; Despite taking the payment, my order number is unregonised when I try and track the delivery of the new phone, and it hasn't arrived. I called EE but after 1 hour of waiting I gave up. The order was not showing on their system.&amp;nbsp; Do I contact my credit card company and stop the payment?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
