    <description>&lt;P&gt;Having had EE fibre broadband for 6 months I decided to add EETV to my account on 25th July after being told the order was stuck in the system and over four hours on the phone with different agents it is still not fixed no equipment ordered and no service forthcoming has this happened to anyone else? @members&lt;/P&gt;</description>
