Air Tag delivered to wrong address

Hi,

I just had confirmation from DPD that my air tag was delivered to the incorrect address. For some reason, it’s been delivered to a London address even though I live in West Sussex…

I double checked my delivery address which is also the same as my billing address and it was all correct. Also, my EE app has my address automatically come up when I order items. But I assume somehow it was changed online so DPD delivered it there.

How do I go about a refund and ordering a new one to my current address ?

Whilst we don't have access to accounts via this public forum, our customer care team should absolutely be able to get this checked out, and raise a parcel dispute if needs be too.
