Trying to track my order but website doesn't seem to recognise the order number. It's 100% correct

@gregsheldr , what is the three letters, not the numbers of the tracking number?

You will receive notification the day before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window from DPD.

What did you order, name, colour and storage size?

IIRC, Order numbers aren't trackable UNLESS it's a XKO number (or similar) I fell for this before and had to get it from EE direct. It should follow in an email once shipped. Definitely starts XKO?

Nome of the correspondence I've received has letter just 02613288xx (xx being 2 nunbers)

@gregsheldr that definitely is not the tracking number, as you need the xko in front, so xko plus number.

Unless one of the staff come and see it, they may be able to let you know whether there is a delay or not with the item, or you could always ring customer service and find out more.

The current delivery timescale for that version of the watch is 'to expect dispatch within three days'. As @Schockwave said, you will receive a message from DPD the day before and morning of the delivery.

@DanielRyan1991 sim card are sent out second-class Royal mail the order number can not track Royal Mail deliveries.
