Ordered upgrade phone

Hi I ordered a upgrade and got a email saying that I had ordered the phone on the tracking says dispatched I ordered on Tuesday it’s now Friday and I’ve had no confirmation of order or any message to say when it will be delivered. Can anyone help me as to what is going on please.

I'd recommend downloading this and searching with your delivery address/contact info @Kaytee96.

It doesn’t come up with my ee order only previous orders. I don’t have a dpd reference number either

I'd recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can check your order has progressed and is on it's way.

The team will also be able to provide you with your DPD tracking number.
