Welcome to the community,

Have you ordered a phone or SIM card or both? Moved from another network?

If you have, then you will receive device via DPD, you will receive notification the day before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

Sim cards are sent out via second class post.

I tried to join EE for broadband et cetera in July, unfortunately the order failed, I was not informed. However, when I phoned today to check what was happening, as I had not received an install date, I received all the help I needed. I now have a date when my broadband et cetera will be operational with EE. Absolutely delighted with the service I received from EE staff.
