I was referring to the Buds, not the flip. There seems to he a few issues and samsung themselves are now not delivering direct in the UK until the 23rd August.

Has anyone had any updates regarding the earbuds. Haven't heard anything, rang EE for an update and the advisor said she can't even see the promo on her system. Apparently there wasn't a promo for free earbuds with Flip/Fold 6 they are saying.

Most, if not all, eligible for the deal would have received a text week before last explaining the Buds have been delayed. The deal IS legit, WAS available but was time limited (must have pre ordered by 21st July)

Yeah i explained that, I pre ordered mine on the 12th July, EE sales team on the phone confirmed I would be getting them, haven't received any text about a delay though.

From a text received the 1st August:

'Thanks for pre-ordering your new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6, which comes with a pair of Galaxy Bud3 Pro included at no extra cost.

We're sorry but there is currently a manufacturer delay on the shipment of your Galaxy Bud3 Pro - but rest assured we're doing everything we can to get them out to you.

Your Buds will be delivered directly to your EE billing address, and we'll be in touch when they're on the way. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused"

Ok so I have the Samsung galaxy flip 6 ..was advised earbuds would be sent within 30 days no need to do anything ..now ee and Samsung say they know nothing about the promo

Yes this is exactly what they are now telling me ee and Samsung..when speaking to ee and advised them the community managers on here said between 15-30 days she said she knows nothing about this site

Hi I had a text on the start of the month to say that I should get the galaxy buds 3 pro once they recieve them from samsung through ee but not heard anything else since do you know when we will hear anything about it

When can we expect an update on this? I received my Fold 6 weeks ago and still waiting for any updates regarding the Buds 3 Pro pre-order bonus. Do you know when we can expect for the earbuds to be shipped out? (I did get a text 2 weeks after receiving my handset to confirm eligibility for the earbuds but haven't heard anything from EE since)

I got my galaxy z6 fold release day 24 July so I'm past the 30 day period for my ear buds to arrive ????
