Placed an order 22nd July for Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 256MB Silver. I received a confirmation email just after I placed the order with an XKO order number but this number isn't allowing me to track the order, just says it’s timed out?

Once the order has been processed and dispatched, DPD will be in touch with tracking details for the delivery.

How can I know it’s processed or not. I didn’t get any updates
