Hi.

I ordered 2 sims from EE. Order went through and received the email but still have not received the Sims. Also can't check the order tracker because it keeps saying timed out.

The 2 order refs are.

Hi @ImadShaikh

Welcome to the community.

They're sent second class post, through Royal Mail. If you don't receive it in the mail tomorrow, I recommend giving us a call so that we can look into it and replace them, if needed. If it's easier, you can pop into your nearest EE Store with photo ID to pick up replacement SIMs there and then.
