Hi took advantage of my employee discount for an iPhone 15 plus I had to ring up and I did on Sunday got told by the guide that it would be sent to my local EE Store next day delivery understand that Monday would be the day it left the warehouse but I still haven't received any tracking information is this normal I don't do store delivery normally but I've not had any confirmation either

@Gt19696 The store will contact you when it’s there for collection. Have you tried calling this store so see if it’s arrived ?
