Don’t order anything from ee ! I made an order delivery stated 2-5 days it’s been well longer then that my last day in the uk tomorrow won’t be home for 2 months so god knows what happenes to my order . You got 14 days to refund but first you need to receive the item . Tried to contact EE but the number is useless didn’t get anything sorted 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

@Okr66 Ordered what ? It also states usually delivered between 2 to 5 days it doesn’t state it will be delivered between 2 to 5 days. You’ve not stated you’ve paid any upfront cost or are out of pocket so I assume there has been no money transfer as that would be the first think I would mention, so exactly how have you been scammed.

But you need to speak with customer services as it sounds like the order didn’t go through.

Hey Iy was the Beats Studio pro I paid the full amount.
dpd tracking saying they haven’t received the item from ee is there a way to cancel the order and also give me a number I can call the number I called didn’t even give you the option for my problem .

@Okr66 When you call customer services select option 2 then select the “closest” option to your issue

The options are not even on the same shelf mate haha poor company bunch of scammers that’s all should of listen to the people but oh well thanks for help anyway
