No confirmation email for order

I ordered the xbox series x bundle with £140 ee game card yesterday morning, but I haven't received the confirmation email.

I paid £10 up front.

I also did a separate order for a switch, which the £20 upfront payment is showing on my account, and I also got the confirmation and tracking number for.

EE CS didn't really say anything other than "you'll get an email soon"

Can anyone advise how I know if I'm actually going to receive this?

If you have not received the confirmation email, I would suggest calling us again on 150 to check the order has been completed and will be dispatched soon 🙂
