Just need a bit of advice can I take a return into an an EE shop and also how do you put in a complaint about the service because my service was absolutely shocking? I put in an order for a phone and instead of sending me the phone they sent me out the watch instead and I didn’t want the watch and now I can’t add my phone to, my EE customer I have got to wait for them to come back to me with an answer. It’s not fair.

@Ema204 No you don’t return the watch to a store. You need to call customer services so a returns package can be sent to you.
