I ordered a new phone 14/06/24 and have had an email confirming this. However, I am unable to get any details about tracking delivery. When should I expect my phone to be delivered and when I check on ee using order number then shows your order is dispach and expected delivery date is 17/06/2024 but until no any receive other email.

I've checked and that device is in stock and expected to be dispatched within one working day. I think you should have heard something by now. I recommend giving our Mobile Care team a call so they can check the order for you.

@RajaSeemab Download and the DPD app and create an account with the same email address you use for EE and you’ll get updates on there about when to expect the delivery. You’ll also get the PIN code you have to give the delivery person when you receive the device. EE don’t always send you this.
