ive tried placing a phone contract before n its completely messed up. now ive tried ordering a new phone tonight and everytime i get to the confirmation page after paying it completely stops working and dont go through. ive lost ab £60 now. im ac done with ee, most useless company ever

Welcome to the community.

Usually, if a payment is taken, the order begins to be processed. It may be worth having a chat with our sales team so they can make sure you haven't made multiple orders and organise any refunds.

i received 2 emails. looks like ee has completely ruined my credit score bc of the first time i tried ordering. never using this company again

no point is there? im just going to have to wait to see when the money gets returned to me. the ee website dont work everytime i order, theyve messed up my credit score so i cant place any contracts like i need to and i just get lied to on the phone. if the money dont get returned in my bank soon ill put in a complaint but rest assured i will not be using ee again at all n wil be warning ppl ab it
