Got it??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No SMS came up. No email received. No app installed and even not able to register on this, just because your beloved and unfailable PIN system doesn't show itself!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DPD attendants told me that it's not possible to collect the parcel as I HAVE TO HAVE the brilliant PIN again. I hadn't been offered the chance to collect my device from a store at all too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sounds very VERY strange when you fight so hard in order to defend a company (or their PIN, let's say), but it's up to you anyway. Just remember that you aren't the only one important on the Earth and don't be ridiculous saying that only 'few people have this issue', you should be shamed by saying that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Enough is enough. Good night and be happy with your amazing DPD forever, but next time, it would be nice to see you really trying to help the community (as an EE community STAR) instead of being a company's advocate.       <title>DPD Delivery PIN issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just to reinforce, since I have seen MANY complaints about the same problem, this PIN issue with DPD Delivery is ridiculous.&amp;nbsp; Some people do not have a device to receive it which is a way worse, however I have an old tablet where I am actually receiving calls and SMS, but nothing from DPD unfortunately. They do not send it, I try to log on their website/app and I can't because they 'send' a SMS to confirm it is me and AGAIN I get nothing from them. So I call the depot asking for collect my parcel - which is very important to me - and they cannot do it without the freaking PIN!!!!! This is absolutely outrageous!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We buy, pay, expect for something and we can not have it because others issues. Very disappointing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

Congratulations on your amazing history with DPD Delivery, really, however if you are willing to search a little bit, you will easily find such a many [MANY] complaints about their services, that's why I'd started saying 'Just to reinforce'. This is exactly because I am aware of the complaints from many customers, apart of your remarkable success with them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let's go for it, though:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;You'll receive a delivery time with the pin via email and text. [You are lying or you are just confused, since they do not send ANY e-mail - or they picked myself to do not do it, there is a chance!!? They have only - as far as I am concerned - the SMS way to deliver our parcel. This is, basically saying, shameful!!! According to many customers this has been a fail procedure to do this when most of people are buying a new phone exactly because they DO NOT have another one available - have this crossed your mind&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4524"&gt;@Northerner&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;?]&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;You can check the DPD website tracker which gives the pin.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I am happy for you as well as for the thousands ones mentioned. It's curious that even the DPD attendants [whom I've called THREE times today] are not able to understand what happens, not mentioning that the driver also told me that these "ISSUES" use to happen and "make his job much more difficult" (his words), but yes, I am actually part of these few poor/unlucky&amp;nbsp;people (&lt;SPAN&gt;obvious conclusion)&lt;/SPAN&gt; whose aren't able to get into the flawless DPD service's world.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately I am still without my parcel, my PIN, my email with all the information needed, SMS or even my register on their app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks anyway&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The only dishonest here may be you, trying to cover the problems with this failed system. &lt;P&gt;If it was a failed system then nobody would receive any packages. The pin is to protect you as the customer and EE from fraud mostly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can always have your device/package delivered to an EE store.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Its not just me its thousands of other people. The OP could have installed the DPD app on another phone/tablet in the household/friend and then tracked the package. The point is there are other ways of obtaining this pin.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You couldn’t be so wrong with what you have said and clearly haven’t a clue what you are talking about.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;issues most people are experiencing with DPD and PINs are actually caused by EE systems. &amp;nbsp;I have experienced the ‘no PIN’ myself this morning. &amp;nbsp;DPD have no control over the PINs and are issued by EE. &amp;nbsp;This depends on EE having correct information within the DPD system they use. &amp;nbsp;So, for example with mine, EE had not entered my email address and for some reason had the incorrect mobile number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So basically someone else was getting my PIN via text, and as EE had not entered my email into their DPD system, was not linked to the delivery, so would not show up on the DPD app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just to clarify also, EE had all these details as this was an upgrade, so they have my email (received multiple emails regarding the upgrade) and also text messages. &amp;nbsp;The DPD system they use is separate from their account system so needs to be manually updated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is defo an issue with this system as I’m currently going through the same issue. The fault has to be on dpd side as I can’t even verify the app with my phone number yet I receive all text messages as normal from everyone else. I’m now on two failed delivery attempts because of this and the third is due tomorrow but with a change that I get my pin as email only this time. Fingers crossed it works but after reading this thread don’t think it’s gonna work. Also forgot add telephone number and email are correct on ee systems and the partial that dpd show I can tell that’s my details&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey! My problem was sorted out and apparently the issue is with EE unfortunately. I called them after the problem with the DPD driver and just then they scheduled my deliver on their system, after that everything worked smoothly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so my advice is call them (EE) and check your delivery with them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wish you a good luck as it is a pain.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I’ve been using an iPhone for the past couple of months and my partner is using Android as I’ve not been able to get the verification text for the dpd app I thought I would try it on my partners phone and see what happens. Text came through so was able to create an account for her. Cause I still had my old phone which is Android thought let me give it a try I’ve now managed to be verified and can now see my previous orders and the one coming tomorrow with their pins. Question now is, is it apple causing the issue? &amp;nbsp;Going to leave my sim in my old phone tonight and see if I get the text from dpd in the morning&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So this morning checked my phone and there it was a text from dpd with my pin and time slot and now parcel delivered. Hope this helps anyone that’s been in this situation I’ve also got a call back with ee to see if I had any issues&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having to leave EE over this issue. I've had multiple delivery attempts but the DPD code isn't coming through despite other text messages making it through instantly. DPD blames EE, and EE blames DPD. Someone from retentions actually told me they, and I quote, "don't have the time to do that" when I suggested they ring DPD and sort it out because as a customer I can't do anything more.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The DPD app trick didn't work for me (no incoming parcels showing), and DPD confirmed that EE only authorise the PIN to be sent via text message (not email as well, like most other suppliers). So after a week of trying, I am now forced to move network as my old phone died and I'm desperate for a new one - I'm borrowing one at the moment.       <description>&lt;P&gt;They are unable to get this sorted. The DPD driver told me this happens a lot with EE. He re-sent the code from his PDA, but it didn't arrive. He told me that what normally happens is people call EE, EE chase it up with DPD, and in a few days something's sorted, e.g. the removal of the PIN Code requirement and a switch to ID/Passport. I was unable to get anyone willing to make that call to DPD. It's either "against company policy" or, as one had the nerve to say, "we don't have the time". I've cancelled now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;6 months later and I'm dealing with this problem. DPD have apparently sent the pin to the phone number attached to my Pixel Watch. That number doesn't receive messages. The only correspondence I have from EE is the order confirmation email, so even if I wanted to jump through all the extra hoops you laid out, I don't have a tracking number. I didn't even know the watch was coming today until the driver knocked on my door.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thousands of people may get their phones and watches using this system, but this specific issue is a very clear and blatant failure of the system. And one that should be easily avoidable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
