Order Confirmation

Evening all, I ordered a new iPhone 15 pro max yesterday and have only received the order confirmation and no further Emails or text messages, it was expected to be delivered today but it still hasn't turned up - does anyone have any ideas?

Have you registered your details in the DPD app? That usually tells you if a parcel is coming from EE before EE tells you.

Thanks for the reply, as I don't have a phone at all I can't log into DPD as it requests a code to my number. I am assuming just to log in I can use another number and then when in I can put the order ref to track?

Hi. It's worth registering with the same email that EE use as DPD use email and phone number to match orders I believe and hopefully EE have passed both to DPD with the order. If that doesn't show anything, you will have to contact EE for an update.
