Hi. I have been with ee for some time now. I was previously on a sim only deal of 5gb deal that was dye for upgrade over a year ago. Tonight I upgraded to a new deal online offer (via app) "previously 5gb now 25bg data £12pm". On order it says 5bg data adding discount 10gb and adding discount 10gb. Starting tonight 26.5.24 to 25.5.25.

After purchasing I've logged on again however it's saying 5bg (not 25gb), then says 15gb left. Renews june??? Huh. It should say 25bg left renews next month?

Any help would be great 👍

As you are part way through your billing period, it may just be that your data allowance has been adjusted pro rata.
