No confirmation email

I just signed up for the 15 pro monthly contract, I paid the upfront 30pounds but got no confirmation email. The money has been taken out of my account, I am a little worried.

I have checked my email accounts and there is no confirmation mail. This includes my junk/spam mail

the order was placed online yesterday, and after making payment, I was taken back to the the start to fill in my details instead of getting an order confirmation
