Hi,

If i’ve broken the seal of the box but not set up the phone am i still allowed to return it during the 14 day period??

@ee_user6 Providing this was a phone or online sale. Any store sales you don’t get a cooling off period.

All distance sales in the UK come with 14days statutory "change of mind" right of return, breaking a seal is necessary to inspect the goods - the law recognises this.
