Hi , I ordered for iPhone 15 plus last month on the 12th and I was given 14 days for refund but I have been calling for a feedback and I'm not getting any . I really need help for the refund. Thank you

Is the payment showing as completed or pending in your banking app?

Hi @Es78,

I'd recommend contacting your bank to confirm.

Normally, any upfront payments aren't completed if the credit check isn't successful.

Well it was complete because it was deduced from my account that very day I
placed the order please

Hi @Es78,

A pending payment would be temporarily deducted from your available balance by your bank.

If the payment isn't labelled as pending in your banking app, please get in touch with Customer Care so we can make sure a refund has been processed.

But I was told by the office that I will be refund so how it was not
deducted from my account yet they said it will be refund to me
