Hi I ordered an iPhone 13 on contract I did this on Saturday and payed £100 up front, since then I have only gotten one email saying that they’re processing my order, however other people have ordered a device and it has been sent out within 24 hrs, the only thing I got given was a reference which is **********. When will the items be sent out

If your order has been accepted then you will get a Text stating its been dispatched and be delivered by DPD and when you expect to receive it.

If the order has been declined you will get a refund within 7 to 10 days I think.

How long will it take to be approved? As I said I ordered Saturday night

I think you should call EE CS on 150 to find out.
