I upgraded to the new iPhone in September but frankly I am not impressed with the battery life. I have decided to upgrade to the Samsung S24+ early and paid £100 as an upgrade fee.

Previously when I have upgraded after a year I have decided to keep my old phone and pay the cash to keep it. Do I have this option with this upgrade too, and does anyone have any idea how much it would be to keep it?

Yes, there is a fee if you don't return your device. The fee depends on a few different things. If you speak with our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to check the exact fee for you, before you decide not to return it.

Hello

I made contact and they advise I have to wait for the text advising me of the cost as they don’t know. Unfortunately this will come after 14 days, but I only have 14 days to return the new handset should I wish to.

Seems odd EE don’t know how much I will be charged.
