DPD Pin Number

Hi, my phone was stolen so ordered a new one but the DPD delivery guy wouldn't give it to me without a PIN number (which had been sent to my stolen phone...). I haven't received any email sand don't currently have access to a phone to speak with customer services or download an app. Anyone had this and found a solution? Thanks!

@sianregan2024 A you do have a internet connection you can create a DPD account and you’ll see this PIN on there. You’ll need to use the same email address you use for EE.

Unfortunately without the PIN the device will not be delivered to you.

Great thanks, I'll give that a go. I tried the tracking number on there but it didn't come up with anything but I haven't tried creating an account yet so I'll try that. Thanks!
