Ordered new phone online - no email.

Hi,

I ordered a iPhone 14 5G 128GB Midnight yesterday at around 9:30am. I then had to call up due to issues with the order which are now resolved, including making a new account which I have no access to as I’ve not been sent anything about that either.

Nearly 24 hours later and I still have not received any texts or emails confirming my order or when it will arrive to my local EE store for collection.

When would this be delivered around?

That phone is in stock and is usually dispatched within 24 hours.

You'll be notified as soon as your phone is ready to collect.
