I tried to make a purchase of a mobile device through the site more than a week ago, I chose to make a payment entry, the entry was deducted from my bank account, soon after I received an email reporting that I could not proceed with installment payments, the sale was cancelled, until today I had no return and refund of the amount of the entry of Sale

The upfront payment will be pending with your bank and should be returned within 5-7 working days if the order has been unsuccessful.

If this is still showing as pending, please contact your bank to get this looked into.
