I placed an order on the online store and paid £70 upfront. However the next morning I received an email saying the order was unsuccessful. When I placed the order I paid £70 upfront which was taken immediately. This still has not been refunded 3 days later. When can I expect this to come back?

The upfront payment will be pending with your bank and will be returned within 5-7 working days if the order has been unsuccessful.
