    <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded my watch on Wednesday, spoke to EE on Friday who told me it had been dispatched and would be delivered today. DPD have just been but were asking for a 4 digit PIN that I don't have. I've had no order confirmation through from EE so don't have a tracking number. I have a DPD app account using the same email I use for EE but the delivery isn't showing up in that, so where do I get the PIN number?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear that. The PIN should be sent to your mobile number, but it sounds like it could have been sent to the watch number in error. I recommend speaking to our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;Mobile Care team&lt;/A&gt; so that they can try and re-set it up for you.&lt;/P&gt;
