Ordered a galaxy s24 plus and my order still says "Awaiting confirmation" / "order confirmed". I ordered on the 23rd February.

I ordered it on the EE website

Also worried as I can claim free galaxy buds and tag but my order hasn't changed status

Can anybody help?
