Hiya I applied a few times for the on the go hotspot but the moneys been taken out my bank I was wondering how I can speak to someone to resolve this by getting me online or refunding the money back please

Yes it is and also it takes me back to the ee log in page and I try and sign in again and keeps doing that over and over.
