What's happening with my order?

I placed an order for a tablet on Wednesday 7th
had an initial 'thank for your order' email which states that the device will 'usually be dispatched within one working day'
but I have heard nothing since!
the order isn't even showing on my ee account dashboard?
does it even exist?
when can I expect to recieve the device?
anyone else had similar issues with lack of communication/updates?

I have tried, all the options available to me, but *still* waiting on call back!
'we will contact you within 15mins of this enquiry'
they didn't! 😫

finding it extremely difficult to track any details about my order!
placed on 7th Feb, got an immediate email confirmation of order, heard nothing since!
no record of it on my ee dashboard
email said it would be dispatched within 24hrs
I can't get hold of anyone at customer services (automated service said they would call back within 15mins, its been an hour)
really need this device by weds 14th!

It was a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE
still nothing showing on my account

This device on the EE Shop online, is showing 'Usually despatched within 7 days'

Once your order has been dispatched, DPD will be in touch with delivery details 🙂

This happened to my my phone was in stock and I actually missed the delivery next day I didn't get anything from DPD either so wasn't sure it was even my phone I'd missed but next day they arrived and I'd my phone in hand. Is you tablet in stock did it say roughly how long delivery would be?
